How is this Different From Marijuana...
Both Hemp and Marijuana live in the cannabis family but are vastly different from one another. Although they look similar, they are divergent and have varying uses. A cannabis plant that contains more than 0.3% THC at harvest is automatically classified as marijuana. Anything under 0.3% is called hemp and that’s what we use!
Marijuana produces little to no CBD with high amounts of THC. THC- is the main psychoactive compound in marijuana that gives the high sensation.
Hemp used for CBD products is bred to contain low amounts of THC and high amounts of CBD - the therapeutic compound that we love.
Both compounds interact with our body’s endocannabinoid system, but they have very different effects.
1. Will I fail a drug test If I take CBD products?
Most drug tests measure your level of THC, as that’s the psychoactive compound found in cannabis. Our full spectrum products are produced with hemp, which by law, must not exceed 0.3% THC at harvest. So although the risk of detection is low in our full spectrum products, Moodrite cannot guarantee that THC will be completely absent in a drug test.
2. Are your products chemical free?
Yes! Because Mood Rite cares about you and environment. Using the most natural process, the purity of our products is surpassed by none! We do not use any chemical solvents to extract our CBD, and all of our hemp is extracted in a USDA certified lab.
3. Are your products gluten-free, vegan-friendly, and Non-GMO?
Absolutely! All our products are our products are all-natural, gluten free, and organic.
4. Is CBD Legal?
Yes, CBD is legal in all 50 states!
5. What is the THC content in your products

6. Will CBD make me feel high?
No! The CBD molecule does not produce any psychoactive effects. THC is the compound in marijuana that produces a high and CBD is so low in THC.
7. How should I store my CBD products?
In order to preserve the freshness of your CBD products, we recommend that you store your products inside a cool, dark place away from sunlight.
8. How is your full-spectrum CBD extracted?
At Mood Rite, we utilize an extraction method called Nanotechnology. This unique process gives unmatched particle size, putting cannabinoids in their most bio-active state. This minute size gives cannabinoids an increased surface area which means that your body has an easier time digesting and absorbing nutrients from oil when it’s broken down into tiny drops. The smaller those drops get, the more surface contact the oil has with your body’s enzymes and absorptive tissue.
9. Where does your CBD come from?
We source our CBD from hemp grown on American farms that use the highest standards of cultivation. We believe in the importance of “single-origin.” From seed to harvest, we use the same seeds and strains per batch. All of our products are extracted from organic hemp plants on licensed
outdoor farms in the state of Colorado.
11. Are there any side effects of using CBD?
There are no known adverse side effects of CBD as to date. According to a report from the World Health Organization “there is no evidence of recreational use of CBD or any public health-related problems associated with the use of CBD”.
12. Will CBD interact with my medications?
Our CBD extracts are gentle yet powerful. At low doses, it is highly unlikely that drug-herb interactions will occur. However, potential does exist for CBD to interact with pharmaceuticals. Because of industry regulations, we cannot make any medical claims regarding the interactions of medication with CBD. We kindly advise talking with your healthcare provider or pharmacists with any medical questions you may have.
13. What is your return policy?
At Mood Rite, we stand behind our products. However, we totally understand that unfortunate circumstances may occur when you may need to return a Mood Rite product. For that reason, we accept any unopened products in their original packaging for 7 days after your purchase.
